More than 60 years ago the grandfather of today’s owner , Mario Wiesner, founded the business in Grieskirchen/Schlüßlberg. Traditional values such as faith, responsability and trustworthyness are practiced to this day.

On the other hand Mario Wiesner also adopts new approches. Workmanship is developped trough inovation spirit, the sense for business and personal envolvement. As result new recipes are created continuously and recend trends are brought to fruition.
