The delicious, mild sourishly taste of the Abkochter is best at room temperature. Therefore take the product out of the refrigerator several minutes before your meal!

Don’t care weather used as snack or as meal, as spread on fresh crusty bread or on fresh scones the creamy cheese is doing perfect!

With ground pepper, sweet pepper or classic herbs such as chives, parsley and dill you can jazz up your cheese! Fine bacon, turkey ham slices, roasted pumpkin seed, onion rings or chopped garlic will accentuate the country stile character of the cheese.

The Abkochter has as well a fixed place in the healthy cooking as tasty ingredient for sauces for pasta or meat (Mozzarino), as mild dip for vegetable or potatoes or as stuffing. e.g. in pancakes or tortillas.
